Thrax/Odette - Protect Me From What I Want (Full Version)

- First of all! I wanna let everyone know that yes, this IS similar to Zitronencake's video. As a matter of fact, I discovered the song from her video. If you haven't watched it, please do so now, it's wonderful! • Video SECOND of all, it is a total coincidence that I used Odette and Frollo. I don't plan my videos, I make 'em up as I go along. This idea came from watching Thrax from Osmosis Jones. Now on with the story.
-The Horned King/Thrax is the angel of death. His job his pretty simple. But he had been keeping a close eye on Odette ever since she was born.
-Odette's father died while she was at a young age, and she was forced to live with a foster: Frollo. As she got older he became more attracted to her, and Death is angered by this.
-Death decided to take another form that resembles a human, along with more frightening aspects; red skin, yellow eyes, and a deadly claw.
-Frollo and Odette arrive home one night, and Frollo advances on her. After he is done, he debates whether or not he should marry the woman. However, his thoughts are interrupted when a stranger enters his home. Death wastes no time and kills Frollo, and then takes his soul.
-The next day Odette finds Frollo, and when she calls for the authorities, they arrest her. Death is angry once again. He approaches Phoebus' home and kills him, and sets his house on fire as well.
-Odette is set free by a rather frightening stranger, and before she can run, he tells her that he is responsible for taking Frollo's life just for her. She isn't won over by him just yet, and so, he brings back her father. Death demands Odette's hand (in marriage), but King William fearlessly objects. Death is shocked that his generosity had gone nowhere, and consumed with anger he leaves.
-King William throws a ball (in secret, of course, since he couldn't be seen) for Odette to meet proper suitors. She is only taken by three. Prince Derek, Prince Eric, and Prince Aladdin. Infatuated with Aladdin the most; she offers that he stays at her kingdom to spend more time with her. With Death watching, he is shocked, and to his dismay: hurt.
-He was Death for crying out loud! Dropping all the cards, he decided to take Odette by force. He brought her to his realm (and made it seem like she died in her world) and intends to finally make her his bride.
Wait, eight years passed but this crossover never fails to take my breath away...I simply love it!!!
The ironic thing about killing who he saw to be the monster...
He in turn became the monster himself...

I've always liked the whole "Death wants someone to love" storyline. I want people to use it a lot more often. :] Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
This is a brilliant film. The editing is very good, save for one or two effects it is hardly noticeable and the clips flow together like they are really one film. All of the clips and effects look fantastic together by the way and sync with the song, great song choice by the way. Also, the story - I think it's really great. I really reminded me of Shakespeare when I first watched this, though now it also appears to be taken straight from the pages of one of The Brother's Grimm fairy tales! I hope you are still writing or working in telecommunication, because I'm still in awe of this and I first saw it years ago.
The video gives me the idea he had a good chance with her but he ruined it because he made too much haste. That is very interesting! I loved the whole story and it fits so well with the song!!
Oh wow, the editing here is awesome! I really like how you used the Rasputin clip to explain Horned King's transformation to Thrax.
I forget how much I really like this pairing, I wish you contiune making these Odette and Thrax videos.

You're masking job is incredible! If it weren't for the fact that I've seen these movies, I would honestly think this was some sort of TV series, the job is that good. Same thing with your two lovely sequels. Can't wait to see more!

Completely ingenious. I can't emphasize my appreciation and awe of your creativity and dedication to this video! It must have taken a lifetime to make. Not only was each clip perfectly selected, but your quality and storytelling was also flawless. Your editing was also very neat, by that I mean your editing didn't have any little glitches, and if no one told me, I wouldn't believe those two weren't within the same movie. I love your video, put it that way. XD
I love the part when they lock Odette up and Thrax is like "You trippen!? Leave my girl along!"

This is, honestly, one of the best crossovers with Thrax I have ever seen :D
I think everything has been already said...I'll only say this is the 20th time or so I watch the video, and I just can't stop! It's dam well made, the pairing is one of the most original ever, and the music fits in marvellously!
...and speaking of the music...c'mon, Odette, you know you want it... >3

This video is so awesomely awesome that this has to be the 15 time that I watched it, I love every little bit from the plot, to the characters, to the little expressions they make that makes the story that you weaved even more believeable!
I have to say that I think my favorites parts would be when Thrax was holding the souls for Odette to see or when Thrax killed Phoebus, so badass!

that was a wonderful part of this storyline. I love how everything looks like it was suppose to be in each others' movies and you adding things to the clips made it even more enjoyable to watch. I'm going to watch part 2 next yay :)

This was really sweet. i loved the music. i wish she could have somehow fallen in love with death though. That would have been sweet. I guess she did kind of like him since he helped her Dad and she could grow to love him. Aww I loved this ^^

lol I'm sorry i saw the "Hiii Baby" clip and couldn't stop laughing. But after rewatching (whoo wat a good laugh), This was a great stroy and I love the sequel.
