    When I create an Ai Agent do I use the article link for it's knowledge or can I use the link for the whole support page?

      Typically you'll get better results by using the most specific link possible! The main support page may not have all the knowledge.

    Good one narek. How do you get it to personalise the [Lead Name] dynamically against a list of names? Right now, the gpt is interpreting earlier in instruction Send this to 'xx' as the Lead Name right? Would be good if the Gmail connector can now parse email inquiries and reply accordingly with drafts.

      @alvintohw This may be a better fit with automation.
      1. Trigger: New Email Received
      2. Action: Ask AI Agent or Run Agent Command
      3. Action: Send Email
      In the future, we'll look into adding a Create Draft action. We're also looking into filters for automations so you can target specific emails.

    This is great but can you automate the process collect emails automatically reply to emails with a certain subject field like contact form then save it in the drafts folder of Gmail. I can then review the email and send it that would be fantastic.

      Yes, that should be possible with automations! You can use Google Form, for instance. Not sure about saving to drafts, but you can definitely automate email collection. If you have further suggestions please do check taskade.com/feedback and upvote or submit a new feature. Thanks, Tomas!

    What is the process for creating an SDR Agent? I find this to be a fascinating project. The challenge lies in automating the flow to initiate messages and responses when a lead replies to an email.

      Good question. That depends on how you see the agent functioning. You can certainly already create an SDR assistant by loading an agent with prospecting knowledge. For now, the automation is still going to be "human-in-the-loop" and that may be preferable for sales emails.

    Can this be entirely automated? I.e for customer service inbound enquires, set a delay to 1 hour and auto reply via email?

      Delay doesn't exist yet. That should be doable, though.
