I unfortunately only have this cover. However, I do recall someone who claimed they have Ame no Niwa 4 years ago. If you search the keywords "lutie kaito" on Google, you should run into a thread on the Vocaverse Network. The person named Katastrophe said they have it (in 2020), and they still seem to be active on the forum last Sunday. Try to reach out to them! P/S: I'm also contacting someone, I'll report back to you if I have good news.
