Hi! I am not sure what voices GoAnimate uses, so I couldn't tell you. The voices that Plotagon uses are from our friends at Acapela Group as well as the TTS voices available to your mobile device (for Plotagon Story).
Plotagon was getting new voices at the end of 2017 which some of the Plotagon characters were Rod and Karen. Then in 2018, the Joey and Jennifer voices were removed
