I am a using the Tascam DR10-X. I use it with an xlr interview mic, with an xlr-3.5mm adapter, I use it with a lav mic. It is very versatile, has a good limiter, and the safety track option is perfect if you have a troublesome environmnet in which to record. I like the concept of 32-bit float, but am in no hurry to make the change in my mini-field recorders at the present. I think in the future 32-bit float field recorders will dominate, but no reason to rush to the store to get one. Good show!
If I already have 1 Tascam Dr-10L and I plan to get another lavalier recorder. Should I get a Zoom F2? Or would it be better to keep the brands consistent?

Yea you don’t really need the XR1000 for devices like that. The XR500 should be plenty. The only thing is if it’s a big house (because your using 2 WiFi Extenders) you might wanna go with a Mesh WiFi System unless the extended work perfectly fine for you.

It really depends on what devices you are running and if you need that WiFi 6 right now and if your devices support it
