On the topic of the hood scoop, I remember reading somewhere in the high performance electric cars. They need more air to cool the batteries in some models, especially the European electric cars. They need more air to cool off the batteries and circulate heat in the battery chamber. So yeah I may have answered your question. If not everyone else can also help
Yeah. Even my electric coffee grinder gets hot. No reason to think a thousand hp electric car won't need cooling

@@bencezavarko7312. your coffee grinder is a brushed motor. Brushless power tools don’t get hot like that, but they have inherent pros and cons from that design. The hood scoop isn’t for cooling the batteries. The battery pack is usually the whole floor of the vehicle to keep the center of gravity down low, so it gets cooled from air going underneath the car.

Also, I’m pretty sure the EVX should be able to do wheelies as well, due to it being a muscle car.

Looking into the modes, I think they are a reference to the micro transactions Dodge was trying to push out with the SRT Banshee, which is a straight up cash grab, locking the features of the car that mind you, would already have installed like 700 or so horsepower it may be pushing, just to factory limit it to 500, then make you pay for it to use the full 700 horsepower the car already has
If you want the stock rims black the legendary autos dealership has them in black

6:48 That's a cool throwback paint scheme. Reminds me of Richard Petty's NASCAR race car. I made my Buffalo EVX like that, painted blue and put a huge rear wing. This is the new king of muscle cars (if you don't have HSW ofc).
I noticed at 3:26 that if you keep the stock fenders instead of putting the wide arches, you can keep a badge of a Buffalo with a similar place and styling of the irl Banshee badge
I hope GTA6 moves away from the light strips that only have one light source. I love when cars have unique-looking taillights but the ones in GTAV look odd from a distance because of how the lights work.

I've been expecting this car since the announce of the DLC, i really love its body design and customization. In terms of performance, it seems decent to me. Still would've loved if it was a hybrid, but it's cool nonetheless. Definitely picking it up today.

The hood scoops are for bug consumption when traveling through swampy terrain at high speed.
I didn’t think I’d care for it but now I want it. It looks so good with that livery and ducktail spoiler!
Just an FYI - Roof Scoops traditionally (ie. rally cars) are there to bring fresh air into the cabin while keeping dust out- so being electric wouldn't make a difference.

They really missed a trick not lining the wings or spoilers up with the rear stripe, and not allowing the player to set the stripe as primary or secondary. But it looks pretty decent. I'll wait for the Renault/Alpine 5 electric hatch though 😉
I imagine the mode upgrade is instead of the HSW turbo upgrade

At least its fast and has great details. Ecen though this DLC isnt that great but each car seems to be very detailed so thats a plus and another car i can drive safely in public lobbies
i just wish the interior was matching the style too....this car would be ultimate dope
Tip: if you want easy black stock wheels, the evx at the legendary motorsport showroom already has it
It also has a unselected trim which is the Champagne color it doesnt exist in mod shops
I like that it’s actually decently drivable at full upgrades, unlike the cyclone 2 lol
Land vehicles with missiles are lagged now on the game, like toreador and stromberg.
Imani tech put even opressor a little back with missile jammer, and as many players prefer the beautiful realistic land vehicles, these are the newest most favorite vehicles on the sessions, beyond the jets.

I was hoping it would do a good wheelie, I imagine the HSW makes it better, but I'm PC so I'll never see the HSW wheelie
It can do basically a standstill wheelie and it's the only GTA car that I know can do this. If you give it throttle and then lock up the rear brakes it will wheelie without going forward. It's difficult to do since you have to keep adjusting the amount of throttle and brakes but it's fun.
This car is nice. I was honestly shocked when you said the STX has better handling. This car feels nice. I will say though coming off a little bump it doesn’t respond well.

The little wire/bracket thing isn't just there for reinforcement; it's primary purpose in real life is to adjust the splitter for more or less downforce, in real life anyway.
driving it reminds me of a GTA IV physics based car.
probably a hint at where we are headed when GTA VI drops.

2:04 On electric cars the engine sound is attached to a speaker system attached to the exhaust tips. Dodge didn’t come up with that, it’s been around for a few years now 👀
They were the first to make that speaker super loud and to give it an exhaust to channel the sound through.

Idk why in gta the little rods that support the splitters are wack but in person it just seems right, just seems like in gta we want everything to be as clean as possible lol in person it’s just satisfying to see function over form
When I first put a splitter on my 392 Charger I left the brackets off, because I like the look without them too. A chunk in the center of the splitter broke off on the freeway, so the next time I put the brackets on 😂

The 1970 Chargers didn't have those lines on the doors though, They had a reverse facing scoop kind of thing in stead.
Literally all I want in GTA 6 is wheel fitment that matches the aftermarket fenders

I personally love the bracket accent for the splitter bumpers and louvres, as I have splitter brackets on my Benefactor Schafter LWB & Schwartzer and a rear window Louvre on my Vapid Dominator. I would never get this vehicle as it has poor steering performance with its very noticeable understeer. Try driving at full speed, a Vapid Dominator that is fully specced out to the max with an EMS Upgrade, Level 4, Race Transmission, Turbo Upgrade and Bulletproof Tires.
One thing to note is that if you buy any car off of somebody at the LS car meet you get a free hsw upgrade so just buy a gagging off a buddy and boom save 1.5 mill

If you buy from the dealership and not from legendary site you can get stock black rims instead of the alloy color

@@senreg25 you can wheelie in muscle class cars. at full stop, hold the handbrake and gas, let go of the handbrake, and you'll pop a wheelie. Some cars barely pop up, some cars are out of control and you have to feather the throttle

Electric cars still have radiators and cooling systems, batteries get hot, it’s just that most modern cars have absurdly large, oversized grilles that aren’t necessarily needed except for styling purposes

5:50 It is for the aesthetics like the side "vents". It is EV but they wanted to add more Charger attitude to it.
Could also use it to create air channels to feed the diffuser.
I always send my car purchases to the Agency ( only if it is Imani tech optional) and the Primary location is the Arena for me. I upgraded 4 things not avail at the agency so "fully upgraded" at the Agency is not the same as that term at the Arena Workshop. Hood, spoiler, louvers, and the colored headlights from the guy who always says "that's some sexy S--t!"

If you try to wheelie in that car, you can’t tell if you’re driving a car or running a SpaceX program because the thing just flies upward
