Sir is it okay to use the layers you have been given in the question instead of the ones on the formula cause I have seen some trigonometry questions they don't use the letters that are on the formula they use letters like K,M,N or any other letter

No you flip it so for cosine it will become cosA=b²+c²-a²/2ab

Cosine is for non right angled triangles
Sine is the opposite

@@oluwadunmininuoluremi9579 im not doing well in math at all but it is a hard course so ill try to help, a corresponding side angle is where on one side lets say (a), you have an angle on the opposite side of the triangle reperesented as a capital (A) the letter doesnt matter really but make sure angles are capital and sides are lowercase. its hard to put it into words but dont overthink it its really simple. bascially on one side lets say the opposite side (as in soh cah toa) you have a side length, and on your hypotenuse has an angle on it. just dont overthink it man.
