I swear bro it’s a different kinda fun riding a scooter. My first bike was a scooter and I will always want to have one in the garage for fun grocery runs. Sick vlog! stay safe, cheers
I second this. Had a little Yamaha BWS50 for a bit and then got an old Honda elite 250. I learned more about riding, line placement and general cornering basics on that bad boy. Ive had a plethora of bikes since then and I still look back on those times on my Honda.
Lol, my dad just came back from Thailand, and he also got pulled over without his international driver's license. But he said they just looked at his American license and let him go. He said he didn't think they knew what they were doing.
As a guy who has been Bikecurious his whole life, I got 1100cc monsters and 125cc scooters and all are so useful! Seems like being on scoot is the ticket there! Nice video!
Lmmfbao, bro I love this vid. You definitely need to do more vlogs like this. And I know the feeling. I love Thailand. Thats why I go there so often. People who have never been to Thailand will never understand the energy of Thailand. It's not even about the bars, partying and women. Thailand is just a whole different vibe. I've actually thought about buying or leasing a condo there. Still on the fence
Idk if it’s just the Filipino in me but I’ve always liked scooters better than motorcycles. They’re just so much more practical, but since I’m in America I got into motorcycles to fit in LOL
I'm with wifey, you GOTTA try fast food in other countries. McDonalds in France and Greece is next level! lol That being said you also have to overindulge in the native cuisine of course!
MOTOVLOGGIN IN A DIFF COUNTRY LETS GOOOO next level motovlogger over here ong so tired of seeing the states riding if i want to i can buy a bike and expierience for myself. but ridinng in thailand is one of my dreams esp getting something a lil bigger than a scoot
I went to Indonesia recently to finally meet my online friend and I rented a scooter to get to and from her house. Riding a scooter is definitely an experience, especially when everyone else is riding a scooter too. When riding my motorcycle here in the states, I feel like drivers aren't paying any attention which makes my life dangerous. In Indonesia, it was like everyone was on the same wavelength. I felt like the whole country just got my vibe. I love southeast asian countries.
@@NTDang Vietnam isn't as bad because at least they drive on the same side as the USA. Thailand does the opposite which throws you off and the like to haul arse over in Thailand where as VN they usually drive much slower.
Super fun video! Definitely a super intro to the trip to Thailand and a great start of 2025. Looking forward to the next! 💯 I know the fun of riding a bicycle, know the fun of driving cars, know the fun riding middle weight motorcycles. I do not however know how small CC motorcycles like a Grom or a single slapper Dual Sport motorcycle rides. Nor Scooters or Surron's etc. I can imagine it being super duper fun.
I was in Thailand in December 2024 and I didn't like it. Bad food for a lot of money, broken infrastructure. These policemen only stop tourists, locals don't even wear helmets except for Grab food delivery guys. Almost at every step they want "baht" from you and I don't understand where they put this money if everything is so old and broken. I can't say that Thailand is dirty or dangerous to walk the streets, but I can definitely say that it is an old, broken infrastructure. They prohibit electronic cigarettes and hookahs, but on "Walking Street" in Pattaya they sell it in plain sight 3 meters from a policeman and no one cares. If you want to relax there... then I would go to the island of "koh Samet". The first thing they ask you upon arrival on the island is 200 baht per person for 5 days, but you can have a great vacation there. In general, I think that Thailand is not the best place for tourism. For the money they want to get from us, I expect excellent service ($5,000 for 10 days). For that kind of money, you can have a great vacation in the States. You can make a trip from California to Toronto in Canada and back.
@ yeah, Koh Samet is a national park and you pay to enter every national park. Monday 4 of us went out to eat at a nice cafe while visiting a park and the bill was under $40. If you don’t like Thai food, you’re definitely vacationing in the wrong country. If all you eat is western food, yeah that’s going to be pricey. I come here every winter when work is slow at home. So quit those multiple soapy massages and leave the lady boys alone.
@ And so you don't include the cost of an intercontinental flight for 2 people, accommodation and other expenses, but you don't mind making a bad joke... chatterbox.
international license is so easy to get and well worth it . only like $35 ,20 for the fee and 15 for the picture and u get them from AAA .in and out 10 minutes

the big reason for the energy with there food is cause American food is processed to make you seem "full"
