    Thank you for the video, it saved me a lot of time. Btw it make the process easyer to remove the backrest first (better acces to the last two bolts and it protect the seats), and to reinstall them last. Also all six bolt should be torqued between 16.7-25.5 Nm (1.7-2.6 kgf-m, 12.3-18.8 Ibf-ft). It's the officials specs from hyundai.

    Of course you can’t just take the speaker cover off and unscrew the speakers. Gotta unbolt the entire car… lol

      @@garyfrost3324 There is an upgrade where you can go up a size with the subwoofer 8" to 10", you just cut out the old subwoofer and glue and screw in a larger one. It just entails cutting and shaping the plastic of the subwoofer housing to the correct size and shape to take the larger subwoofer, once it's all screwed and glued in place it's just as sturdy as it was previously.

    Hello, very interesting vid thanks ! What is the référence of the OEM connector for the rear speakers ? It is possible to avoid cutting the wires and just get a pair of plug and play harnesses ? Thanks a lot

    Got a question. I want to install some Jbl concert series to my Tiburon, does it need a amplifier for it? I’m new to this😅

    • @ProvoBeastAudio
      @ProvoBeastAudio  2 года назад

      An amplifier is always a good choice with aftermarket speakers for power and clarity, but not always necessary. You could still run them off radio power, but may be selling yourself short.

    I was so excited to find your video because I have a 2005 Tiburon and I am not sure what to do about my subwoofer, I bought this car about a year ago and the subwoofer has never worked so I was hoping to find some help on the internet, but I can’t find a thing abot the subwoofer, I have removed the original encasement, all I really need to know is what I can replace it with? Nothing fancy just the same power and size as the original, where in the would di i get that info? It’s not in the owners manual or on any of the Tiburon sites either?

      The factory Sub is a 8" dual voice coil 8 ohm sub (odd size as it is not a typical easy replacement). Additionally, the factory sub is glued to the enclosure, not screwed in. My suggestion is to forgo the factory sub, remove the sub / enclosure altogether, and just get a powered sub to replace it. amzn.to/3NHV7sC

      yes it is unfortunately. The seats are in the way of getting to the bolts that loosen the side panels.

      That gave us a ton more space to work. If you can force the panel out with the seats in place, more power to ya.
