ok so for me, I’m healing my childhood wounds on a spiritual level, which coincidentally relates to the type of guys I attract. I was raised in a single parent household by my mother, so I’m low key emotionally unavailable to men, but when I do attract guys they’re often distant and don’t meet my needs. Honestly, this gave me a complex like “am I not worthy of love from men?” 🤔
So on this 30 day challenge I’m doing self love meditations, writing forgiveness mantras and gratitude lists and speaking positive affirmations to myself while looking in the mirror. GIVING MYSELF THE LOVE I DESERVE. This will help heal me, while simultaneously boosting my own confidence.

When she says she felt this before...I guess shes talking about how us ladies have felt let down by a man at some point in our lives but when you go on the spiritual journey you start to realise by putting the blame on the men letting us down we dont acknowledge the lack of self love that led us to 'rely' on a man to fill that peice of our hearts we thought he could fill 🤷♀️ self love, self care, selfish is the way 🙌🙏 then I pray once we are healed, the right healed man will come and find us for the beautiful gem that you are. This song is helping me threw my healing process. I recently found out that I am a empath. So I consume others energy rather good or bad and it drains the life from me. My doctors told me I need rest and to learn self care. One day this song came on and I've been listening to it daily. I must learn to be selfish I don't know how to be that. But this song is giving me life💯
