You are welcome. It took me a surprisingly long time to realize that USB-C can be connected the wrong way 😅 so I wanted to make sure that other people will known connect everything in the proper way.
Thank you for your video and detailed explanations 😎 Did you try VR mode of NINTENDO games? Zelda BOTW, Super Mario Odysseey, Captain Toad and some more do have that option (to be used with their LABO Cardboard goggles and others)?
@@claudita1707 I didn’t try it. Unfortunately even frame rate of 2D games and graphics quality is terrible on Switch 😞 I hope they will release much better console with DLSS 2.x and 3.5.
@@Thomas_Voland thank you for your reply. I mean, did you try it using the Quest attached to your Switch? When enabling VR mode in the game, I guess it should then be displayed in VR on the Quest. Once again, many thanks, with best regards from Austria 😊
OoT, but I really need to know: What are those Keypads to the left and right on the desk??? I want them! Remind me of gameboards like the Razer Tartarus but including a leftie model.
Hi I have got USB camera Pro from the Google play store but it does not open in my Quest 3 Where can I find a modded APK file from? Please can you help?
Maybe with paid version of USB Camera, I don't have any Android device with Google services to check it. Probably you want it for something else than Switch, because Switch is 60 fps max, and often less than 30. However you will also need different capture card, and because PD port is very unique on these devices, also PD USB hub will be needed for charging headset at the same time.
@@Thomas_Voland I was thinking about plugging in my ps5. I have remote play but the latency is too much to play most games. I’d love a video on how to do this if you can!
@@aidancallaghan7059 in my video about VOD ruclips.net/video/t2Wjy35Iaa8/видео.htmlsi=I2c8QDl3VAsziq28 I talk more about different cards, but for games only USB 3.0 are good enough and other brand usually don’t have PD port.
I tired to get this to work but when I click on devices to allow hagbis to always use usb camera it seems to not same my setting. Can’t get the video of my switch to show. Anyone else have this problem?
Actually got it to work. Had to supply power to the USB HDMI capture card and to the HDMI cable to the switch. Video showed up immediately. So rule of thumb is to provide power to the usb capture card as well as plug the power into the card once card is already on the quest 2/3.
@@Thomas_Voland yes after seeing the video again I finally caught your note about it. Thanks for your video. Great instructions! Just idiots like me who missed a step. Got to excited. Going to try this with my Steam Deck later.
I dont understand, whats the point of this setup ? so Instead of looking at your TV while playing Switch, you're wearing a VR headset to look at a virtual TV screen. Thanks for explaining.
I don't think that anyone is looking at TV being in Airplane, during long car trip etc. And probably most people don't have 150" TV. I have only 100" projector screen so I have to seat 2m from it to have big screen, when on Quest I can seat anywhere in the room.
It allows you to play video games when you wouldn't normally be able to play video games. Someones using the tv, people sleeping, on a plane, bus, etc. Comprehension isnt your strong suit..

Thx dude for the detailed explanation on the connectivity!!!

Do you have custom face interface? I see from the top that it looks different than stock.
On the video is magnetic interface from Globular Cluster. Soon there will be review of it and few other facial interfaces on my channel.
Are there any other options that can bring it up to 90hz?
No point when the game is locked at 30hz

How is the capture card latency?
I don't have equipment to measure it, but I can't notice it when watch movies or play games.
The capture card is unavailable! Any alternatives for North America?
