Thats downtown KL but KL Metro is 8mil people with about US$200bn economy. The whole metro area is pretty modern with many futuristic developments build such as TRX, Lalaport, Pavillion area and world class public transportation now. Its squeaky clean and fairly organized too

Very poor road condition... poor country.

a lot of development in the middle of the city. the road is not very good because it is often used by trucks carrying iron, stone and concrete construction materials. please be patient, maybe if the construction of the tall buildings is finished, the roads will be better and better of quality. Not poor country but still developing country.
