- Setting a Google calendar to public is easy - and dangerous as it puts private data at risk! The option to set a calendar to public is a feature gone wrong as recent findings show: Lots of users are setting their calendars to public without knowing that once done anyone can see their private data - even if they haven't shared the calendar link. This puts your data at risk when using Google.
It's time for an encrypted alternative. Check out Tutanota - the private calendar alternative!
Tbh if I'm going through the trouble of building and using a digital calendar the color coding is essential
You can choose different colors for your calendars to keep things organized and easier to read.
A private calender for my eyes only? Sweet.
Is there a way to jump ahead/back by year? Clicking month nav 36 times to go 3 years forward is inconvenient.
Having the ability to jump to a specific date is clearly useful and yet very few online calendars appear to offer it, or at least, they don't make it obvious.
I'm wonder, why the tutanota email, asks about activating motion sensors in the browser..
We use motion sensors to improve entropy collection and only for that. They are never sent anywhere, it just improves generation of random values (which is important for encryption).
Eventos recorrentes, é possível excluir apenas o evento do mês em curso e manter o demais eventos futuros? Refiro-me ao 'free calendar'.
Thanks for your feedback. This is not yet possible, but planned!
Habe eine Frage zu der Windows 11 Desktop App. Aktualisiert sich diese alleine wenn ein Update verfügbar ist oder muss ich das über die Webseite machen?
Das Update wird automatisch durchgeführt.
Is there a widget available for android?
Not yet, but this is planned!
@@TutaPrivacy great! Waiting for that, then I will switch to Tuta calendar.
@@kateseven3425 There is one now. It does not have a weekly view, like the browser version does, and it does not support multiple colours, which are two main functions I'd still like to see. But just let you know that you can check it out now.
@@YaYxster cool, thanks for letting me know
