You had the only fix for me after 6 days of watching 20+ vids with no fix. I deleted everything file and restarted my pc so many times. I remembered watching a vid of a dude telling me to delete visual C that is what has been causing the disk error being unable to use the latest version that is required for some apps to run properly thank you truly appreciate it.

Guys whoever is having this issue. You can just solve it either by reinstalling or just turn off your anti virus and restart your pc. My anti virus found the file infected and sent it to quanratine. I just restored the file and now it's working.
I got the solution...If issue with rockstar games (majority will be rockstar games)update through rockstar launcher and the issue will fix i tried many methods none of them works. .but this work ( i am using GTA5)

@@shauryaxgaming2588 try to run the steam as administrator .. and try to download the game on hdd.. and make sure your hdd is getting enough power to process game.. And if you are using any external drive then try to add it in Device manager in your windows too ..

all these methods works for lifetime.. Make sure you verify the integrity files of your game and make sure you have enough space on your drive too. The important thing is that you always run your steam as administrator or you have to follow Method 1. After then try other methods.

so what do i need to do if none of them worked? cleared cache, clicked run as administrator, and repaired the library folder, but still is not working
Try two more things then 🙂
1. Reinstall steam
2. Install steam on another drive of your pc

If your SSD has not much storage remaining or shows a red color, then this problem occurs. It is not a problem with the SSD. Your SD is good.
