I have a Master's degree in a different, but related field and I couldn't imagine being able to not only having confidently absorbed all this amount of knowledge, but also being able to convey them in a clear and precise manner without hesitation

Hello Shomu Biology. I am indeed very grateful the contents which you provide are excellent. Regarding sequencing I have a small doubt. Could you tell me exactly what is the possible role of dmso in normal pcr and also what is the role of betaine in sequencing pcr? I have been searching for this since very long time. It would be helpful for me if you can provide me with the answer. I hope my question is a valid one. Thank you in advance. Have a nice day ahead.

Method bac to bac is based on DNA replication by using bacteria plasmids and further usage of the shotgun method with sequencing. Is it right?
