Hi Andy, you had two visitors then Kevin and Robert Fripp lol nice running session apart from the 33 playing up bit late watching today been to the Bristol model show cheers Al
What a fantastic session Andy, it’s always nice to see the odd blue diesel in the grey period. Love the footbridge and use of DMUs. Looking forward to some more All the best, Darren 👋
Cheers Darren, Yes I RELUCTANTLY have to admit that the Passenger Service adds more interest in spite my earlier protests that I would not have any. That's life I guess. 🤣🤣👌👌👍👍
Great running session and looks like you had a bit of fun with your mate too, thought that 33 was going to give you grief but got going in the end 😆 cheers Darrell
And the word for the day is . . . .🤣🤣. Suggestion, instead of more concrete wall, how about chain link or security railings at the front of the yard. More wall would block the view of the front of the yard. 😀 👍👍👍. Nice to meet Kevin too 👍👍
Nice work Andy surprising what you can do when you stop too think about it not everything off the shelf fits a layout sometimes you have too change it too fit anyway all the best 👍
I really like Tonleigh Bridge, plenty of action plus a roundy roundy for letting trains go by when you feel like it! It's cunning plan! What is the overall size of the layout? I'm wondering if I can manage something similar in my shed, but I've a horrible feeling I 'm several feet short in length and width.
Hi Michael, Thanks for your kind words, The POD is just 15ft x 7ft inside, and the Layout a couple of inches smaller each way. It is tight, and not helped in my case by having the door in such an awkward place. In my previous abode the door was at one end and that was 17.5ft x 8.5ft inside, so that helped, (see Kings Moreton Videos). I hope that has helped and you can work something in. Also check out things like the PECO Track Planning books, they are really useful for smaller spaces. I still refer to them despite having built many Layouts over the years, (see Junes Railway Modeller, out today, for my Kingsmill TMD, built in 2019). Good luck with your planning. Andy. 👍👍👍👍
Thankyou for the video Andy
Nice footbridge nice variety of freight trains zero for b word have fun
Cheers Paul, yes I must stop saying that when I have a hiccup. 👍👍
Enjoyed the running session Andy and two passenger trains!!
Yes two, both on loan, so don't get to excited Andy. Cheers mate.🤣🤣🤣🤣👍👍

Hi Al, Haha, Yes I like that, I think the 33 was more Human error than the actual unit, but it all adds to the fun I guess. Cheers. 👍👍

I have a lot of Security fencing already planned yet, so that will be going in quite soon as well. Cheers. 👍👍👍👍
Nice work Andy. I do like your weathered class 37 in sub-sector livery. But then again, I would wouldn’t I…. 😂
Cheers Buddy, Yes a VERY GRUBBY 37 certainly has something about it, I do agree. Glad you liked it. 👍👍

Thanks Michael, Yes and I guess that's what they call modelling. Cheers for your input. 👍👍

Nice job what size is the layout.?
Hi Clive, Thanks, the room is 15ft x 7ft, and the Layout is just under that by a couple of inches each way. I hope that helps. 👍👍
