Unfortunately it's not that easy...If you are a graduate from non EU country, one first needs a license to practice in an any EU country. After that you need to submit your documents including license to practice in EU country plus home country and transcripts/degree,pay the 450 euros and wait for feedback. In my opinion it's not as easy as the way it is described in the video

Check all the requirements and procedure. You read only one procedure. Degree will be registered by the authority themselves.
