My recent research is actually on ordinal regression (raschka-research-group.github.io/coral-pytorch/), and in this context it might be good to do make a lecture covering the slight differences when implementing a CNN for classification, regression, and ordinal regression -- you can basically use almost the same architecture except of the output layer, and the loss is different
