Love it. Thanks for sharing this insight. I love these old cameras. I own a Voigtlander Bergheil 9x12 with a Heliar 15cm F/4.5 from around 1920. I'm getting a 4x5 adapter 3d printed for it as I am struggling to find film/glass plate holders in 9x12.
Thank you! For a 9x12 plate holder, check with resources in the UK or Europe (I'm assuming your in the US because your used 4x5 and not 5x4.) 9x12 plate holders will be hard to find, I suspect.
@@DavidHancock Actually I'm in the UK but used the 4x5 for your audience. They are just a bugger to track down as the early models like mine used a different attachment to the later models. I have a bunch of 9x12 plates from years ago, just want to be able to use them and see how they fare. Fingers crossed!
