I can imagine in other regions, but in my region it's often those 1v1 champs like Riven, Lee Sin, etc which in those matchups an AAtrox with enough items has the advantage, but on some matchups like a ranged CC even ashe can keep him at bay, but those usual 1v1 champs can easily take on ashe, it's a rock-paper-scissors matchup, but aatrox has a lot of problems early to mid, farm so slow, has low kill potential early-mid unless enemy is perma CCéd even then others have better last hitting potential, one game I finally had my core items but we already pushed to inhib, enemy too scared to come out. I only had one situation such as this that I have atleast some core items, but I can imagine I can be easily put at bay by just movement abilities or some CC. higher healing potential than say trundle but far far weaker sticking potential.
