That’s actually a good thing because if we so happen to win a first round game not likely almost lost to tenn Chattanooga lat yr they won’t have to play the #1 seed in the second round
@@uknowwhothehelliare7821 That is actually a good point. Hypothetically if Illinois draws a #1 seed in the Round of 32 then the no Sweet 16 appearances since 2005 will likely continue.
Another disaster game led by a poor offensive scheme (stand around, shoot 3s) by a disaster of a coach who blames his team always. 29% 3 point shooting ... and allowing Penn St to shoot over 50%. Expect a 1st round NCAA exit.
This year. But soon... some solid bigs will transfer over or recruit in, maybe out of Illinois after the Lions sweep the teams from the land of Lincoln. The next couple years will see the potential for a deep run or two. This is a long time coming
@@galehess6676 Not one of the top 10 Illinois High School basketball players is heading to Champaign. Reflects the state of the program ... and begs the question: who would want to play for this coach? Not me.
@@jasonh5547 I don't disagree though since joining the Big Ten, Penn State has "0" Big Ten mens basketball championships while Illinois has "6." The latter number would be doubled for Illinois with a better coach who could actually recruit well in his own state. ILL only has 1 championship, last year, since Underwood took over.
@@TruthHasSpoken I have stated it a lot that I do not understand why Illinois has not had much more success at the national level in the last 50 years with Chicago in the backyard. The only thing that I can think of is that Chicago cares more about professional sports than the premier college program in the state.
Illinois lost their only true PG midseason. And they continue to chuck 3s instead of going inside when they are one of the worst 3pt shooting teams in the league. Underwood has disappointed in coaching this team.
@@uknowwhothehelliare7821 just ready for this season to end. Underwood needs to hit the offseason running. Get a veteran PG and a shooting wing. RJ isn’t cutting it. Goode gets a pass due to injury. Have Dain living at the FT line this offseason.
Could tell Penn state wanted it more towards the end. Well deserved win even with calls not going they way. We Are!
The one where the Illini player slipped, lost the ball, and they still gave the ball to Illinois was concerning
Jalen pickett is a showstopper. So fun to watch him work
Watching My Illini v Ark. ...... my team is sad. No discipline. 👎 Playing out of control. No structure. 👎
Go Illinois
ROFL.
Illinois may have just played themselves out of the 8-9 game.

Downtown Funky Brown!🤣
They need to win another to get in but it’s possible
Even with the refs trying to rig it for Illinois Penn state will won and beat them 3x this year. Lmao
As an Illinois fan your right on and it was a home game for us pretty much but you guys have the better coaching not more talent that’s the difference

IL-🤣🤣🤣🤣 but but wasn't Illinois going to contend for the national championship after the Texas game?
😂😂😂 funny how a mediocre team lives rent free in your head
But I forgot I’m talking to someone with two teams North Kansas 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
