Love love love your recipes and videos! Please consider writing the ingredient list in the video description. I stay in the supermarket rewinding and fast forwarding to make sure I didn’t forget anything lol.
You can also watch and rewind while writing things down at home. Making content and sharing your talent is a great deal without such request , when the content is here for you to watch as many times as it takes to catch it and write it down for your use. Just a thought.

Salmon is my favorite fish! Stuffing it is a good thing! Spinach and shrimp is yummy! Deddy I enjoy watching you cook! Deddy it’s ok to have heavy hands! Can’t wait to see the final results! Looks sooo delicious!
I have to use less salt too, a good substitute is lemon, lime or vinegar, you will be surprised how vinegar goes with some things like chicken gizzards. Hot sauce works well too but it does have salt. God bless

The white sauce is the mixture he stuffed the salmon with, but just add heavy cream in a sauce pan. I would also add 1 or 2 tbsps of white cooking wine.
