Wall of glass cut off at waist level so your eyes are desparately trying to see out but can’t & then entire length of house, full ht glass wall with a solid wall just inside it at a corridor to nothing distance back; assuring you can’t get the views from anywhere but end of living room????? Shall I stop there?
Hmmmm ... why waste all that useless shape above the living area? It appears NOT to be planted, this big roof. And it has no obvious human access. It might make for some nasty wind patterns as well, as it is located near the sea. Not to mention the COST of so much concrete (apparently) which seems to serve no purpose other than aesthetics and/or Line ...
The sketch at the end shows the “T” shape as integral to the initial concept. It seems to show a notional human on the roof. So the upper part might be for privacy and wind reduction on what was originally going to be a rooftop terrace?
