I think he uses tilt c-stick, seeing as you barely need to use smash attacks as terry or the shotos due to their early kill moves, smash attacks are almost useless for them.
You get fast enough, you learn to buffer everything.
Yea I went back and tried to do it and can do it. Not perfectly but I have to down tilt c stick into normal up tilt, then geyser. I get burning knuckles alot though lmao.

For example fatality at 6:43 would probably go for a grab combo or a kill setup but nickC just falcon kicks. He lost because of it but it was funny.
