Mexican-American here. Relate to this song, especially "For the ones who speak in two tongues, two pens with a little accent." I like that the lyric can go both ways. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. But I feel like I have an accent in Spanish, thought not as heavy as my parent's accent when they speak English. Thank you, Shuba. I really love this song, me and my parents are also immigrants, definitely not the same as we came from Sardinia (South Italy) and have been living in the UK since I was 4 years old, so I never got to really experience how hard it is to try to integrate in a different culture/language because I learnt it almost immediately, but I am still very proud of my roots. It's great to hear a song dedicated to hard working Immigrants who have to go through a lot just to be able to give their families a better life. I can only imagine what it's like having to travel the other end of the world and trying to settle in a completely different culture from yours, and building up from 0. My greatest respect for anyone who has had to do so, and is doing so. ❤❤❤
