My prayers are for these organizations, that the Lord will bless them and provide them the means to find a new place quickly. How very sad that the owners refuse to care for their own building, while the tenants put in their own money to fix it.
This is what greed looks like, investors and people who only care about the money, and not about the community.

The landlord is going to probably sell that building to a developer. They got paid already.

@@jaded1669 Yup I could imagine this neighborhood will be all luxury lofts in 5 years tops. Sad to see too I don't think people should be pushed out of their neighborhoods.

I guarantee they will be putting "luxury" something in those spaces and unfortunately the neighborhood is getting washed away right along with Miami Beach.

So if the building is not structurally safe, why do you want to be there.

Proverbs 19:17 - He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.
Proverbs 14:31 - He that oppresseth the poor reproacheth his Maker: but he that honoureth him hath mercy on the poor.
    Psalm 41:1-3
    King James Version
41 Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble.
2 The Lord will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies.
3 The Lord will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness.
