Step 9: Copy and paste gifgan file in the stable diffusion file and ckpt file in the stable diffusion, model, stable diffusion.
Step 10 : run webui . bat file and copy URL and past to any browser you want

there's no such file named webui-user.bat , i followed each and every process as guided but at the end i can't find the file, there's only "Web-user" and when i try to open.. it says couldn't launch python(exit code 9009) .. but i have already downloaded it
uninstall python and again re-install python with ticking the box stating "add puthon to exe path" and now run it will work. Thanks

I think you didn't notice and forget to tick on the check box while install the Python software. Make sure when you download python, Afterthat you need to double click on it, and that time you have to tick on the check box in the bottom line of the window which is pop up to install this software.
