There is a dash cam video of a Uber driver , getting robbed. The guy grabbed him from behind ( just like this video) except the guy pretended to show the driver something and then grabbed him and robbed him. He could not reach the steering wheel. He cut off the guys air, good clear video.

If you are a smoker you can burn the hand with a cigarette (if lit) and also the face and eyes that you pulled forward. If you carry a strong pen or pencil in your top pocket you can conveniently grab and stab and or grind them into the hand bones, then the face including into the ears (the steering wheel won't fit LoL).
