しかも歩道と車道の間に安全柵もないから驚いた人が車道に飛び出し人身事故・死亡事故に繋がります。
さらに老若男女関係なく心臓の弱い方もいるから無差別に驚かすと見分けがつかないまま発作をお越し死亡事故に繋がります。
