GOOD MORNING!! Pretoria High Court is in tartus, chaos,a shebeen, all this is caused by one person. A person who claimed to be highly experienced but his behavior is questionable no normal judge can do what Ratha is doing.He doesn't respect the court ,the defence especially to Mshololo .He is full of apartheid mentality,one minutes he speaks English to Afrikaans. That Shelfone man is thrown under the bus by Gininda.How could people use phones whilst in jail yet the phones were confiscated during arrest.Gininda the executive producer, Baloyi the deputy ,and Ratha the director must SURRENDER. God is in control there's nothing they can do to fix the damage fatal crash.🙏🙏

Gouws avoided answering when the phones were taken from them. The state say records can only be traced to 3 years, yet the records go back 2018? So many loopholes in the story. The state is making it difficult to believe their story

Mna I think if you still remember i affidavit ka Gininda it's says there was communication between the accused then le yoba ngeka 2018 the argument is the accused we arrested in 2020 so i service provider only store for 3 years, but for me the problem starts from 205 of Kelly and Mncube because they are both from 2014 the month of isiganeko,so there is not link between them, apart from the pictures they say Mncube n Kelly banazo

Eish, that judge was the worst ever thing to happen to this case. How he fought so hard to force Mshololo to move away from the disk issue. The real issue was the disc was handed sealed by Mogane to Steyn and he worked on it and Steyn handed it Gouws sealed but the seal bag number was the same. Unless I am the one confused, did Steyn not say he worked on the disk? Come to my rescue guys. Its either the disk was no longer the same or it was no longer in the same sealed bag.
