I was so overheated by what felt like friction! Everything was swirling like magma , I had this tremendous pressure..I feel changed in one session! You mean I can do this whenever I want??!! Love and gratitude -J

I'm not 100 percent new to this, when I was 15 I was taught white tantric kundalini yoga in India where I lived for a year. I was also guided through a transcendental meditation using the lit chackras by a yogi. almost identical to this but without the sweet music.
