    Instead of bunny hopping you could also do a running jump thing where you run with 1 foot and jump land on the other and jump again, making sure to only have 1 foot in contact with the ground at a time. It’s much faster

    If a downed High Voltage cable is on the ground consider it to be live, and keep away until power company have been informed and are on site to make it safe.
    10 metres is minimum distance to stay away.

    Can you still get electric shock if you have wear Boots ?

      It depends upon the type of shoes and voltage level of the system one touches. Shoes with adequate insulation properties for the voltage can avoid electric shock.

    How about Shoes with rubber? Wouldn't it be isolated?

      Yes, it would be. But it depends upon the insulation strength of the shoe rubber, and strength of the electric field you are dealing with.
