I can't believe they demolished that entire house in 24 hours! Kinda sad cause it held years of family memories. But glad you got a chance to record it and share it with us before it was gone. Thanks, Ethan!
Sad that everything is ending up in a dump somewhere. The shutters even today are expensive. So glad you got to capture this house one last time. Thank you for sharing.
Ethan if you ever write a memoir about your time as an urban Explorer you should call it Whatever You Do Don't Open The Refrigerator lol. Love your videos
I can imagine how really awesome this home was originally. It looks like a '60's modern style. The enclosed courtyard type patio was a nice feature. 🤟✌️
Funny i don't remember this house. Weird. Another nice one gets the bulldozer. That was one nice kitchen there. Love that front enclosed space, perfect for table, chairs and a swing. Bummer. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Ethan you need to be careful, wear careful. Don’t open the refrigerators. Such a different kitchen. A shame it’s going down tomorrow. You always find a gem. ❤ your channel.
Quite a house. Obviously, it's a mansion neighborhood judging from the house across the street. This house doesn't fit as upper middle class as it is. Great video. Thanks, Ethan.
Hi Ethan Glad you had the chance to video this house on the last day of its existence. It is sad to see such a nice house torn down. It had a few problems but not anything that couldn’t be fixed. They sure demolished it in one day. That house was plenty big they really don’t need to build a BIGGER house. It’s just so stupid. Anyway thank you Ethan for giving us a last look.😢 Stay safe and well.👍😢
It is kind of creepy how one families history can be erased in a mere 24 hours. I hope the families raised in this house had love, joy and laughter. Thank you Ethan for the work you do for us. God bless and stay healthy and safe. ❤❤
It’s upsetting to see the destruction of such a cute house that had nothing wrong with it. It appeared to be well maintained. No leaks no fallen ceilings no mold, just what others came and destroyed. Why does no one think smaller houses are good enough any more. It was a cool house and now it’s gone and you were last to give it the dignity of a last exploration. It would be kind of creepy to be alone in some of these houses at twilight. You really need to be careful what you touch in these places. Just put a couple disposable gloves in your pocket rather than potentially poisoning yourself. Thanks for sharing this cool house Ethan. Take care of yourself, be well and STAY SAFE!
.. we had a 60's house with a Carport that we turned into a Rec Room, so that may be it with the garage-feel thing .. had those same type of Side Windows that originally were just Flow Through Open in Brick ..
The reason the hard wood floor is in such good shape it used to be covered with the shag carpet. They take the bulldozer to it the floor it will be a bunch of spilters.
It is Beautiful. I like it better then the Cookie Cutter House across the Street. It is too bad they have to tear everything down instead of restore it and Houses Built in the 60's are the Best !!
What a shame. This is the kind of home I wish we built in New Zealand, I’ve been looking for something like this for years and can’t find anything like it. This would be a perfect do up, renno. Fantastic bones, and I’d strip out the 80’s 90’s 2000’s “renovations” and redo something in period but contemporary. It is weird that the pool is so disconnected from the living areas. Good find, I vaguely remember the first time you went through here.
Hey Ethan...can't believe you opened the fridge 😮 you never done that 😅...like this house ..staircase railings cool...insane to pull it down in a day ...bad move picking up the rat poison box.😊...thanks for sharing stay safe well and happy 💋
Dang they knock this down quick it’s sad too see this go but what can you do but I hope they build a beautiful home so someone can enjoy there now home
Nice house Ethan..i agree..the room on the side does resemble a garage look. Soo sad they tear down such nice houses in Canada. I noticed they are all such nice brick houses. Brick is soo more expensive. Most houses have boring siding. That is crazy...torn down in one day!!
Hi Ethan 😅 Oops! Got into that box of eww, what would help if you’re just scoping around to bring a pocket size hand sanitizer, a citrus may taste better if you get it around your face a little. Really though, I loved this cute place and it also had a pool-pond. The fridge test gotcha 😂 Glad you took a visit here before the monster in the driveway, shreds it. I wish they’d not pick on every abandoned place.👍💖✅💯Thanks for the tour here😸
I’m always so surprised when you do a close up on the windows for the date at how thick your windows are, ours are so thin over here in Australia, would be nicer if they were thicker we are freezing over here at the moment.
I'm sick of people tearing down perfectly good houses! I wish I had the money to buy some of them myself. I went through my area yesterday only to see a house I liked torn down and the land cleared. The house was from around the 1800s.
You should come to Michigan for a couple weeks and go to Northern Michigan and Upper Peninsula. It has a lot of abandoned places. I think there is an abandoned prison up there.
Hey Ethan Wow let’s see this old home! Are those cameras on the outside of it? I like that patio area, has a fireplace too cool So weird that front room is all by its self! Probably a den or office. That house set up is weird as hell You walked into a spider web it’s on your phone ! lol What a shame , that these house are not kept up and lived in! It’s been over 100 here in N Texas I like the heat though!
I must say Ethan, I am not desolated with the destruction of this house.!I am rather pleased it will be pulled down. It’s old, plain, and actually quite ugly.
I wish you had found and gone through my Childhood home before it was demolished. It was all original mid century.. Maybe someone did film it. Hmmm Anyway... sad that this perfectly good house is gonna go. I'd be happy to live out my life in something like that.
Hey Ethan! What’s is up?🪞✌🏼I remember you explored this house before but I don’t mind you walking through it again. It’s a shame and too bad these house like this one has be torn down but it’s probably too much work to revive the house (property) so they have to make new house to take its place.
Right at the start, oh wow how sad. I check the house that I grew up in every great once in a while just to see it. I would be heartbroken to see it demolished, gone forever. It’s bad enough seeing the small town I grew up in turn into a rich person’s haven. Farmlands gone to McMansions. Fast food restaurants that weren’t there when I grew up. A new high school. The historic grade school, once the high school, in downtown up for destruction. My grandpa graduated from that school. It’s gorgeous but I guess now unusable. Sigh. Change is inevitable but I hate it. I struggle to accept.

This house is so pretty. Why would anyone want to tear it down. Such a waste.
I agree!!!
Exactly 😢

For some reason I love the layout in the downstairs. Very sad this place is going to come down. 😢 thanks for the tour!
My guess is that the room with the blue carpet may have been added onto the house. Such a nice house so sad that it’s sowing to be torn down.
You get the honor of being the last person to ever see this home again.
Hi Ethan, nice house. What a shame it's going to be demolished. Thanks for the video. Have a great weekend. Take care.
All theses beautiful houses are going to waste Ethan 😳
Ethan you need to be careful, wear careful. Don’t open the refrigerators. Such a different kitchen. A shame it’s going down tomorrow. You always find a gem. ❤ your channel.

Thank you for showing this and the next day too. Beautiful house. I was afraid you were going to fall in the pool!
Loved the enclosed patio. The twal caroet and the green walks in the hallway were extremely nice. Love those colors.
It is Beautiful. I like it better then the Cookie Cutter House across the Street. It is too bad they have to tear everything down instead of restore it and Houses Built in the 60's are the Best !!

Hello Ethan 👋I’m watching the video now and thank for the great video 👍❤️😎

Ethan don't forget to wash your hands and I think you was there with Noah
You should film the demolitions of these houses.
i love the kitchen, if you pass out from the poison we will have to pray for you since we don't know where you are and can't call 911.
Another beautiful home gone you just had to open the fridge again😂🤗
Hi Ethan!❤
Sad they taking it down😢
Thanks Bro!
Amazing 😍😍😍
Our fireplace in our mid fifties house is made of that yellow brick.
Sup from Kentucky❤
I was a year old when that was built 😂
I wish you had found and gone through my Childhood home before it was demolished. It was all original mid century.. Maybe someone did film it. Hmmm
