Starkiller was the name of the planet that destroyed other planets in TFA, so they couldn't add in a character also named Starkiller. But I think Sam Witwer deverses a role in the new trilogy, even if it is a very small one, he's earned it considering he's always playing voice-roles in almost all the videogames. He even voices in the Lego Star Wars games, as well as last year's Battlefront game!

That said, when they made that announcement, Boba Fett was dead again until they reconfirmed that he made it out of the sarlacc pit alive. So it's not completely out of the realm of possibility that Star Killer would show up in one of the legacy films thereby reconfirming his character and at least a bit of his story. However, I am in agreement that it is extremely unlikely, as a fan of the first Force Unleashed, it's just something I'd like to see.

Just a short fan fiction. What if when Force Unleashed 1 Starkiller died choosing to fight Darth Sidious, later Darth Sidious secretly clone Starkiller as a backup, not Vader. Then the backup was still in progress and being hidden until episode 6 or in between 6-7. When Death Star was about to destroyed, the pod of Starkiller's clone/backup initiate the emergency eject, and then land on a planet. Darth Sidious already made his memory to serve the empire, so that he won't turned against the darkside and not lingering around. After sleeping for so long in the pod, he awakes and seeks for the empire/his master but only found out that the empire was already destroyed and being replaced by the first order. I know this is dated, but Sam is an amazing encyclopedia of Star Wars Mythology, as well as being one of the greatest voice character actors in the current universe! He is passionate, knowledgeable, and intuitive in his craft! Michael Dooley Those decisions were made by Kathleen Kennedy and LucasFilm. LucasFilm is ran almost independenly from Disney the same way Marvel is. The games that were scrapped were scrapped mostly because of the redefining of what is actually canon and now that the games are canon most of them didn't fit anymore. And a lot of the games such as 1313 are still rumoured for release.

I know this is dated, but Sam is an amazing encyclopedia of Star Wars Mythology, as well as being one of the greatest voice character actors in the current universe! He is passionate, knowledgeable, and intuitive in his craft! He knows this, and sometimes comes across arrogant to the extreme!He tries to down play this, but is apparent, even to the most ignorant of viewers! I LOVE IT! He has paid the price for his training and knowledge! He also needs to do a Meme like Tom Brady did, where Sam admits that he has a butthole on his chin. If he does this, his training will be complete!

Michael Dooley Those decisions were made by Kathleen Kennedy and LucasFilm. LucasFilm is ran almost independenly from Disney the same way Marvel is. The games that were scrapped were scrapped mostly because of the redefining of what is actually canon and now that the games are canon most of them didn't fit anymore. And a lot of the games such as 1313 are still rumoured for release.
