I've worked in a grocery store for 24 years and it wasn't until I started working for one of our sister stores, as an overnight stocker, that I noticed the tape on some of the aisles. It's for when we have boxes that come in a little ripped or like a can where the labels coming off a little.

🥤🥤SHELLY, Tonic water with equine in it will stop the spasms. 4-6 oz glass. I put frozen pineapple in as ice. Let it sit 10 min, then stir and drink. So much better like that. PUT 100% works.

It's nice that stores sell the 2 piece bathing suits top and bottom separate. My middle daughter is well endowed but she has no booty. I may have to try out the writing what I eat down. I love water aerobics. I have bad knees and can't ride bikes. The water aerobics is good for my bad back too. I'm loving your new channel ☺️

I am exactly 179 now. I just started a weight loss journey a week ago at 182 pounds. My goal weight is also around 150-155. That's the weight that I think fits my body type best. Any skinnier I start to feel like I look a little off. 😂 Any skinnier and I also start to lose my butt - can't have that happen! 😂

I lived in AZ for 3 years when it would rain everyone went wild. One time my neighbors were sitting outside in a thunder storm with lightning, I said to them you know it is not safe to be sitting outside in a lightning storm they just laugh like I was making it up. Then I thought well I told them. 😂😂, Love you guys 💕💕 I am diabetic and I have to watch what I eat, in July my sugar got out of control because I was not eating right I went back in my diet and sense July I have lost about 30 lbs. I am older so I have to watch carbs and sugar but once a week I eat some cake or cookies something sweet.

Is the gym you guys go to a national brand? Because, I'm in VA and I need to find a place that me and my son could do water exercises in, because he's having surgery to lengthen both of his Achilles and the Dr. Is pushing for water therapy because it's less pressure than on a treadmill.

Different breeds of hens lay certain color eggs. We have Ameraucana and they lay blue eggs. We also have rode island reds that lay a darker tan egg and barred rock that lay a light tan and Medium tan color egg. Hope this helps ❤️

There is no way I could cut bread out of my diet either. I don't know if it's a good or bad thing but I struggle to eat enough to keep enough weight on. This is because I have severe crohns from when i was a little girl and after many operations removing about 6 metres of intestine leaving me with only one metre which means I have a bag and it's very painful to eat and even drink water.
A few years ago I was in a water aerobics class, and I got Charlie horses in both my legs and had to be rescued out of the pool. It was so embarrassing.
I have a friend and her husband that are Surgical Nurses and they swear by pickle juice!! They will wake up durring the night with a charlie horse and go get some pickle juice and it goes away!!
I have a mixture of colored eggs. They do not taste different 😂
But people love getting the blue & green eggs. 😂
