Sir can central govt employee avail treatment directly at govt ayush hospital, if so under which CSMA Rule. My claim is returned mentioning permission of HOD is required for taking treat at AYUSH.

Sir in question 3 shouldn't the answer be 8 kms? What i have read is that within 5 miles, if doctor in not available then pvt. Registered practitioner would be appointed. And 5 miles is equivalent to 8 kms approx. Please clarify sir.
