Do you steam your Lilies after dusting?
Ginette courchesne Sometimes I do but not always. Steaming will give them a slight shine and will set the dust.

How long should the lily leaves dry before handling to place on a cake?
The flower needs to dry until it is firm or hardened. Depending on the humidity and temperature in your home it can take from 2 hours to 2 days!

If you don't have those tools to form the lilies can you use foil or something else?
+Amber Johnson Yes, you could use a cup made from foil.
Are the cupcakes in liners or are they made of something else?
They were baked in white liners but I use two liners so the outside stays white.
