sorry for the lag in act 1, I tried every way to optimize but it didn't work, it's probably an optimization failure of the act itself, because act 2 onwards has no lag

Don't worry, it's surely due to Ultra M sprite being so big that the camera has to backup a lot so there's more thing on screen

You know, I don't doubt Ultra M would've kept his word if BF just sung the three songs he promised...but because BF ran away after Starman Slaughter, he failed to hold up his end of the deal, causing his own demise

Honesfly, I can legimately seeing UltraM letting BF go scot free if they did the 3 songs as usually seen. But as you said, because BF ran away after the 2nd song BF essentially broke his deal and ultimately granted UltraM the permission to outright kill him, ironically after what's really their 3rd song they sung.
