Hey Shiva Ram, Navigate to 10:23 on the video and then click on 'Save and Open Power Automate'. In the opened Power Automate Tab ensure that the Dataverse connection is all resolved and connected. Come back to this screen and then Save the form 'New Record Creation and Update Rule Item'. Also, make sure that your shared mailbox which you use has owners and members in it. Dont keep it blank. Also, Turn On and Off the power automate flow. Things should start working. :)

There are more than 5 different ways to setup Automatic Record creation rules in Customer Service apps. As i was explaining the concept to novice users, i have broken down each and every step and shown in detail. You can even create ARC rule using Setup wizard which can give a starting point for users who has limited idea about the portal. But as and when you develop that maturity it is advisable to create each component independently and build the solution. Hope it clarifies.

I followed all steps but I am getting an error i.e. my flow is not triggered at all

Why don't create the rules already when creating the Queue? You have the same screen there. I found easier.
