how did you find the navigability and speed? I got mine but it is not very smooth, the paddle as well feels short and it just doesn't glide compared to an Intex. Will appreciate your thoughts.
This one does track pretty good for an inflatable. I was surprised at how stable it is. I'm 275#; I was concerned at first about climbing in and out; this kayak was very stable during both climbing in and out, and was very stable on the water. We didn't encounter much wind that day and there was very little current, so I can't speak for that. It does come with a repair kit - if I remember right, there is two tubes of glue and two ~2" patches.
Great video.. I love this kayak, I need one lol..
Do not get this one, it will take you forever to dry it out

I think with a larger fin, the navigability would improve. I found the speed to be fairly good, but agree that the paddle could be a bit longer.
Thanks for the video bob. How stable is the hydroforce kayak ? How good is the tracking? Does it come with a repair kit?
