Massive improvement. Drastically updates what is the most outdated area of the truck. Makes it look so much cleaner

Finally…. a real world review that gives you the 411 on the Morimoto XB LED lights!!! I have been debating back and forth whether to get these lights but it all depends on personal preference. IMHO, the lights give you an easy all in one install but they seem to take away from the rear proportion of the vehicle. In addition, I think the side view of the lights are not as visibly seen as the OEM and as time pass will the clear lens housing fade. I would love to see a real world on the street driving view of two vehicles side by side for comparison.
Pros: All in one assembly, Easy plug and play
Cons: Lack of led view from side angle, Does not look proportional to rear of Tundra
Again, this is just a subjective opinion. The choice is always yours. Thanks for the great review Lightwerkz Global!

Morimoto just duplicated and enlarged the housings that they had made for the Tacoma. While it looks good on the Taco, the light bars seem small on the Tundra.

Looks great! If only the brakes and signals were bright enough.

Morimoto should’ve done smoked housings inside and left the exterior clear. Toyota makes factory smoked led housings and the chrome inside the lens is smoked chrome

All Morimoto XB LED Headlight and Tail Light assemblies feature a clear lens cover, just like OEM. A lot of aftermarket companies offer tinted lenses and its really the wrong way to go at it. You lose so much light output it becomes unsafe.

@@thomasgriffin3474 Yes, all I am saying is, that its the same concept here. The outer lens is clear, its not smoked/tinted.

it's not as bright :( my VLEDS taillights are way brighter under broad daylight. Also not a fan of the "half-finished" light bars

To me the bars looks like they're crooked vertically. Anyone else see that?

Wait... You loose the brake light if a flasher is on? No thank you.

Oddly enough there are many factory vehicles setup this way.
