what a fascinating find on youtube. having watched the tragic doc on David shaw, this was a fascinating addition to the region, the area and the dive itself.
At first I thought this was the gentleman who lives on a sunken mine and dives it regularly as it turns out that is don shirley.

Thanks, yes apart from knowing Craig, Harry, and Joseph, the history from Sheck Exley, Nuno Gomes et al to the fatalities including the tragic loss of Dave Shaw. Add to that the amazing geology of Boesmansgat... it made for a great episode :)
