I have a 2008 server with rds on it and more than 4 people can connect to it... But when I check gpedit or roles nothing is pointing to a lic server and I trying to figure out how more than 2 people are able to connect to it after 120 days... On servers I bring online I point it to a lic server but do u know how this one 2008 server i inherited on the job is running as a ts with no lic server installed on it or pointing to one ?
Pete, thanks for the video very helpful. I followed all the steps, however, when I enter the RDP address on a web browser I am redirected to an IISS7 website. I must have missed something, could you comment on this?
Dear, I have installed Windows Server 2008 Enterprise edition x64 to share remote app between domain users. But I am not getting 'Remote Desktop Service' feature on the list of add roles. So what should I do now or from where can I get this? Regards,
i would like to access my server threw dyndns as a remote desktop but like threw the rd web remote access is there a way you can show me how to do this right now im going to setup up my server just like yours but i want my server as my own host name if possible
I think your title is misleading. I actually thought you would be showing web access from a REMOTE location, not from the server. I have mine setup exactly like you said but cannot access it from a location that's not within my domain.
but we also got 1 supplier want us to use the ERP system is using mysql , and that one i also can using Microsoft remote-app , and print out all the format also very good .
yes Microsoft is very good for remote , and now i'm using remote app in my office , but got one problem is got using i software call UBS this system is using virtual basic code, this problem for my network printing paper halfpage format run .....
actually UBS using virtual basic code running is not suitable for networking printing and the main UBS distributer also know about it, only the reseller is stupid only think know about small networking then think is no problem, problem is the IT GUY doing the work in IT DEPT know the problem , but also need to solve the problem own .
You did a good job with your tutorial Pete. Thank you!
Awesome Awesome Awesome - Thanks for sharing this !!
I'm trying to get RD Gateway set up on SBS2011, which ought to work but it doesn't support RD Session Host so I'm a little confused.

Hello, i have a question: how to sign the RDP gateway and SSL certificate so it's trusted by all domain computers?

Do you need remote desktop services license for the programs you install on the server? IE office 2010 or can you use one of your MAK licenses.

You are hard to understand. You need to pronounce the words the way they are written. Not many of us are from Lancashire.
I am from California and did not have any trouble understanding him.
Thanks!
