Rana, Rana, Rana!!!! Thank you so much you just made every 50+ old who Idolizes these great craftsmen ! It’s so rare we get to see them in interviews, only admiring them through the magazines we patiently waited for to come out each month. This was the best 47 minutes on You Tube in a very, very long time! You’re awesome, keep going, and thanks again!

These cars were a huge influence on my automotive tastes. I attended many of the Street Machine Nationals in the early to mid '80s when most of these famous Pro Streeters debuted. I remember seeing Rod Saboury's Camaro having a lot of trouble with the mechanical bug catcher injection he ran at the time. Those are difficult to manage on the street. Dobbertin's Chevy II, and later the J2000, would just get engulfed in a sea of people when they showed up. When I read about him building the milk tanker / Amphicar, I was sure he'd lost his mind. Good to see all these people still around. If you weren't there in the '80s, it's hard to convey just how popular these cars were, and how the builders attained almost rock star status.

Absolute rock stars! We can never forget historical moments and the people that brought them to us which is why I wanted to bring them on my platform so they can be forever remembered for what they brought to the industry. Thanks for watching Mike, hope you like my channel!
