Thanks for posting. I like the format of the chords & vid & sound. You're probably too young to remember 'Sing along with Mitch' TV show and his bouncing ball. It brought a lot of joy into homes when times were simpler and people appreciated others efforts. Thanks mate.
thanks mate it's nice to get a positive comment for once. i dunno why so many people have said the chords are all way off.... i made 2 or 3 mistakes that i should have corrected and then re-uploaded but i never got round to it even though i should have but i was too lazy. these chords ARE mostly correct playing in key with the capo on the 2nd.... lol yeah "why capo?" struck me as a particularly smart, provocative and insightful question, like, "why 6 strings?"
Finallly a vid straight to the point. we play music to express. never mind these "pros" and what they have to say. if something isn't "right" then they can figure it out for themselves and move on. your vid shows more than enough for any competent player to "fix" what needs to be fixed. no negative comments needed. thank you for sharing your vid.
@xDet3rmin4tionx ..they're not all wrong, he's playing with a capo on the 2nd fret because the original song is in the key of D. There are maybe 2 chords that are off. But for the key he is playing in, his chords are for the most part correct.

The G I go to when the lyrics are "I'll make you so SURE about it" is actually a G minor and when the line "God only knows what I'd be...." starts it becomes a plain G. Also in the interlude between the Am7 and G, the D is a D7.
i haven't picked up my guitar for so long i wouldn't know if you were right or wrong lol.... all i can say is i got them from ultimate guitar and it was a 5 star page and i simplified a couple of the chords and it sounded alright. the mistakes i pointed out a long time ago, though i should of just made a new video. anyway thanks for watching
@JFguitar22 i appreciate constructive criticism... the Bbdim i thought it sounded okay, but i know the chord isn't 100% correct as i changed it a little and didnt know how to find out the new chord i'd made. The G... yeah i know about G#m7b5. notice how i take my third finger away? The first G is not a basic G but I didn't know what to call it lol.... I made it as simple as I could so people could play along easily. thanks for watching
Very few good lessons out there and yours is one of the first I came across that breaks to code after a long time searching. Cheers dude. And BTW ignore the nitpickers who mostly contribute nothing. RFA ^^^^ clearly does not know WTF he's talking about when he says "Why Capo"? Has he ever heard of playing in key?
lol I dunno thats just the way I do it.... it feels better moving the capo up and down the neck in that position. I taught myself how to play the guitar so I had nobody to show me the correct way to do things so I just did it like that
It's always good for people to make the effort to work out songs and put their interpretations up.....but check out the chords by the user GMELV (you'll have to search for his vid) as they are spot on
Actually, his chords are mostly wrong, even with his later corrections. With the capo, the verse should be: C/G, Am6, Em, A7/G, D/A, Bbdim, D/A, Abmin7b5 or simplified: C, Am, Em, A, D, Bbdim, D, Abmin7b5 The bridge has the same chord progression but up a fourth, starting on F/C. Also, the chord he lists as Bbdim is actually just a regular A7. Bbdim would be played as x1202x, not x02020. The Abmin7b5 is much easier to do without the capo (as Bbmin7b5).

Cheers for that mate. In that case, learn how to play it yourself, record it, throw it in movie maker and add the text & chords... Then you can you can get comments from arseholes who don’t appreciate the trouble you go to, and who don’t know enough about guitar to work out and correct the couple of minor slip-ups that you make. Enjoy.... However if you’ve done that already then I apologise.
@@94981745 Well, maybe I know I can't, so I don't do it. At least I hear the difference and feel responsible for not filling the net with wrong versions, let alone teach others how to play wrong
