"King is not op" Throws doing 45% hp, heat smash 50% hp xD
Throws are easily breakable. Smash is to compensate for lack of distance combos and inability to bring the opponent to a wall. Meanwhile Leo can juggle you from wall to a wall and oretty much kill you off one punish
It wouldve been so funny if Raccoon was the "America's best devil jin"
