i just did it the hard way and layered a bunch of logos on top of each other and moved them around to 4 key frames on top of a blue background. thats it , nothing more to say about it
some quick premiere sliding animation with a bunch of logos that are just placed over each other and cycle the color spectrum. the real question i have is how did they do it in 1991? lol
@@Themaxleydogit was probably an automated effect on a low end computer software. Stuff like that was very commonly used to achieve stuff like that back then.
