Congratulations! For Indian food, it would basically be the same thing. If you are feeding 20 people, for example, and there is rice and some sort of protein. @@cambodialocallife8462 Okay great, if this was my job I would provide 3 Full Pans Rice, 3 Full Pans Noodles, 6 Full Pans Protein, 3 Full Pans Vegetables. But I would have servers to serve the buffet line to ensure people don't take too much food and waste it. People's eyes are usually bigger than their stomachs. I always tell the guests you can come back for seconds.

If it was my job, I would provide 5 Deep Full Pans of Mac & Cheese and about 5-6 Full Pans of Roasted Veggies. What do you think?
