It’s cuz I recently discovered you can add dynamics to each individual voice (the separate melodies that sometimes accompany the main melody). That plus me adding some rubato (slowing or accelerating tempo) and having a piano for each ear gives a very solid realistic effect. Thanks for listening!
@@PerhapsXdash3 i use musescore too and it would be so helpful if you could please explain how to do rubato and individual dynamics for voicing 😭 Also this was really good. Usually i click on these types of videos and it's some really immature, horrible sounding arrangement and i didnt click on this video expecting anything different but this actually really suprised me 👍
I swear 40% of it was trying to make the legs not look like pool noodles coming from the back, 20% getting the expression right, and the last 40% was T h e H a n d
@@PerhapsXdash3 You are amazing and inspiring! I was amazed at the way you applied the dynamics and rubato. Keep sharing your compositions. I believe that you will be very successful. 🫶
something about this piece feels so vulnerable- not joking when I say it brought tears to my eyes and I had a good cry afterwards. (and liked it enough to improvise a cello part over it but the Ab and Cb keys kinda killed me haha)
Wow I didn’t know my music had that kind of power… but I’m happy it does. I really love hearing the thoughts interpretations of people, its nice to know different perspectives. I’m glad you liked it! I imagine improvising (or playing in general) might be tricky. I usually don’t think much about playability and end up in awkward keys so my bad there
this sounds beautiful and for sure portray the emotion you're going for. i'm sure the dynamics would sound even more beautiful when played on a real piano!
Ah I'm happy I got the feeling right. Funnily enough my abilities don't match what l usually compose, and I also only have an electric piano. We can only wait for some madman to attempt it, and who also has a real piano HAHA
Perhaps it'd fit in an unexpected sequel. I had no idea I used that melody I swear it was 100% accidental I might not beat the allegations with this one.
From one furry composer to another, I have to say your works carry a lot of emotional weight. Usually when i stumble upon sheet music vids of original piano works with this same vibe, its usually some guy in his 50s. But i sense you have a long great career ahead of you. That said, you have a new sub! Cheers and keep up the great work!
HAHA, I’ve found those type of videos too! There’s this guy who hand writes all his epic music, Meliton Soupelin I think, and it’s very cool. There’s been a furry uprising in the music industry these recent years, and I figured I’d give it a try too. I do hope to make something out of this and the recent support has inspired me to keep going, so I truly appreciate it!
Not sure if the ending is actually playable hehe, but I'm planning on uploading the scores to musescore's website and some other site that allows for a pdf download anyways. I'll let you know when it happens
You can use Musescore! It’s the one I use. The 4th version is currently the best one and it’s free. Fl studio is also a good option, you can probably find a way to get it for free somewhere
Musescore 4. I think it also installs MuseHub with it, it’s where you can download the MuseSounds vst (for realistic instruments) and a lot of effects too (equalizers, reverbs and stuff)
I didnt know that this cite could be used for anything other than poorly made transcriptions of songs (i dont know how to do anything other than place down notes)
That's literally the reason why I started using it to make some transcriptions of my own, out of sheer pettiness and spite over seeing them wacky transcriptions. It later evolved into making actual music. Tbf there are probably better options when it comes to making music, not to say it's a bad one ofc. Placing down notes is just about how I started. I got a good chunk of files that are pure gibberish but, as it's said, you gotta get the bad songs out for the good ones to appear
Some tips that wouldn't effect the piece too much: Use grandstaff instead of two piano parts 1:22 Use Arpeggios, wait I see you did this on purpose? That's all, you're piece is wonderful!
Haha yep, I used a piano for each hand cuz otherwise I can't give them different volumes easily (mp left and mf right for example). The arpeggios are more of a timing thing, cuz for some reason musescore makes it so that the appregio starts on the desired beat instead of finishing on it. It makes it sound wonky and out of tempo, so I had to find a workaround. I do appreciate the feedback nevertheless! Thank you for listening!
ALRIGHT I WAS NOT EXPECTING THIS TO GET THIS POPULAR, THANK Y’ALL SO MUCH FOR THE SUPPORT IT ACTUALLY FEELS KINDA UNREAL
I love your music -u-
even with the default musescore playback, it sounds so emotional

@@PerhapsXdash3how do you do rubato? i’ve been trying so hard in musescore and i still haven’t figured it out, and how do you do the dynamics?

Love it! feels like it would be right at home in a studio Ghibli film :D
The melody from 0:36 suspiciously resembles One Summer’s Day from Spirited Away
@@PerhapsXdash3exactly! 😊
Two years ago, i heard this music in a dream and today i finally found it. Thank you so much!
Holy those are some odds, but it’s my pleasure to hear you found it here!
This is actually SO COOL
the ending was so intense I loved it
Slowly building up an intense finale is quite fun ngl
Glad that RUclips recommends such beautiful pieces
The art also looks nice
Foreshortening is hell

I’ll be adding Unexpectation to my vocabulary thank you
잘 들었습니다! 결작👍
I can't believe how beautiful and emotional it sounds! I love it!
Musescore's piano has a lot of potential if mixed with rubato and lots and lots of dynamics. Glad you liked it!

The way I just got recommended this after watching howls moving castle. This is really nice, feels like a professional composition
It does sound like Merry Go Round of Life, maybe because they’re both like Waltzes. I’m happy u liked it!
Suddenly, I found this gem, and I loved it instantly. Greatness to you I hope.

Saving this to my song playlist
I’m also working on getting it to Spotify so stay tuned
@ i don’t have Spotify but I did play it on loop for like 20 minutes
Now I want to play it on my piano
I should upload the scores to Musescore, thought they might not be in the best condition for reading hehe

Well thank you for listening :)
The dissonances are fucking fire 🔥
The tone clash special
im printong this one out and learning it holy shit. its so beautifull
I’ll make it possible to get the sheet music in the near future, so I hope the video helps meanwhile hehe
3:32 this modulation was soo good
Spontaneously changing from a minor chord to a mayor one goes hard af
🔥🔥🔥
2:33
criminally underrated damn bro
Surprisingly this song is doing a lot better than the rest. I guess I’ll slowly get there I hope
i like it.
Glad you do :D
I heard that one summer day melody. But fr. This could 100% be in a studio ghibli movie and noone will notice.
Perhaps it'd fit in an unexpected sequel. I had no idea I used that melody I swear it was 100% accidental

Me encanta como con cada video tus miniaturas y tus canciones se vuelven más y más complejas, en el mejor de los sentidos
Entonces si se nota? E x c e l e n t e
Here before this goes viral 😉
That would be unexpected, but very much welcomed
Sounds fantastic!
Thanks :)
"Gomen Amanai" aaah theme

Wow sounds great!!
Oh well thank you :D
