    Such an amazing conversational AI wasted on something like customer service. Really... I completely understand how useful this may be in the field of customer service. However, this conversational AI could be used for an indefinite amount of incredible things that could help society in so many ways. To limit this conversational AI to just customer service seems sort of ridiculous. Customer service should only be a small part of this picture. Come on Google, when I think of Google as a company I think of creativity. You all are great but something really great could be created out of this conversational AI. Think outside the box a little bit more. ✌️ 🕊️ ✌️
